School Uniform

We believe that a school uniform actively helps to support our school ethos.The practical design and colours of our uniform also project an image that encourages smartness and generates a pride in appearance.

Our school uniform to be worn by all students is as follows:

Primary School Uniform

  • Polo shirts (with school logo) yellow
  • Trousers/shorts/skirts navy navy blue
  • School cap (with logo)  navy blue
  • Plain black sandals or shoes
  • White socks

Secondary School Uniform Schoolwear International, through their website at www.s-i.org.uk/cisd

  • Shirt or blouse with school logo white
  • Trousers/shorts/skirts navy blue
  • Black shoes and white socks.

Physical Education Uniform (PE)

  • Yellow school PE T-shirts and navy sports shorts
  • Pumps / plimsolls / trainers.
  • P.E. kits should be kept in labelled PE bags.
  • For safety reasons, all jewellery must be removed – including earrings.
  • Long hair must be tied back.

All school uniform plus Reading Bags, PE Bags and fleece tops may be purchased from our uniform suppliers, 

  • All clothing and equipment should be named so that mislaid items can be returned easily.
  • Trolley type bags are not permitted for use within school and are not necessary.
  • Trainers, open or plastic shoes are not permitted.
  • Jewellery, nail varnish, lipstick or other makeup are not permitted.
  • Mobile phones and other electronic devices are not appropriate for use during the school day.

Changing for swimming and PE

  • Early Years students may wear their PE kit all day when they have PE lessons
  • All other stduents are expected to wear full school uniform to and from school and change for PE lessons
  • If students in Years 1 to 6 have PE for their first lesson, then they may wear PE kit to school, but must change into full school uniform after the lesson
  • If students in Years 1 to 6 have PE for their last lesson, they may go home in their PE kit
  • Early Years 2 to Year 2 generally get changed in their classrooms for swimming
  • Students in Year 3 and above get changed for swimming in the boys and girls changing rooms at the pool
