Compass International School Doha recruits teachers of the highest calibre from across the world to reflect CISD’s international mindedness. Every teacher is trained in the delivery of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC), the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) or the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP).

All teachers at CISD take part in a continuous programme of In Service Training (INSET). Teaching in Doha is an attractive prospect thus providing CISD with a unique opportunity to select from an extensive source of professional teachers. CISD is able to be highly selective in offering teaching positions to the most experienced, highly qualified and committed of teachers.

In compliance with local requirements from the Supreme Education Council, all our teachers are graduate trained teachers. Teachers who do not have a graduate teacher training qualification are not eligible for employment.

All staff at CISD are employed subject to satisfactory references, police checks and enhanced CRB disclosures or their national equivalent.
