Our admission procedure is as follows:

Step 1: Tour

We invite all prospective families considering CISD to contact the School Office to learn more about the school. Informational tours are offered through the School Office. More information is available on the web site or through our new School Prospectus.

Step 2: Registration

To apply for a place at CISD the following must be sent to the school:

•    Completed Application Form
•    Most recent school report(s) / report card(s)
•    QR 550 Application Fee

For secondary school aplications, 2 years of reports, plus a personal statement are required.

Your application will be processed when the admissions office receives your completed application form and accompanying paperwork.

Step 3: Enrolment

When a student is offered a place at CISD, parents are required to pay a QR 3,680 deposit and to sign a School and Parent Agreement to guarantee the place. In signing the school agreement parents acknowledge their commitment to paying the full tuition for the first academic year and the development levy when due, even in the unlikely event that circumstances change and the student does not attend the school. Once a student has been in school for one academic year, the deposit is refundable on leaving, as long as the school receive a full term's notice of leaving in writing and full tuition payments.

Step 4: Arrival

The School Office will send out a package of information prior to your child's arrival in school. All children and their parents are invited to come and meet their new teacher and familiarise themselves with the school and their classrooms. The staff and existing students are keen to welcome our new families and help make your transition as smooth as possible.

Corporate Admissions

Our school has been created and designed for internationally mobile families who are seeking high standards of learning for their children and whose children are capable of learning in English. A number of international companies operating in Doha have already taken up places in the school and have agreements with the school for Guaranteed Places for their families. If your company has an agreement with us, please make sure that you inform your HR department that you intend to enrol your child at CISD. Before an offer of admission is made, we will confirm the offer with your company’s HR department.
